Course Registration and Payment Policy:
Course Pre-requisite:
Many of our courses have prerequisites and the level of preparation can directly affect success in a course. Please ensure that the PREREQUISITES or equivalent experiences are met. It can be found in the course description and should be read carefully prior to enrolment.
Registration and Payment Terms
All enrolments must be accompanied by full payment.
Course and Enrolment confirmation will be emailed to participants seven (7) days before commencement of the course.
Withdrawal of Registration
Cancellation / postponement notice must be sent via email. Full course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation / postponement is received less than seven (7) days before commencement of the course. “No Show” will be due for payment in full. Substitute of delegates will be accepted.
· Full refund will be given for withdrawal that is given in writing 21 days before course commencement
· 50% of the Course Fee will be charged if withdrawal is received less than 21 days.
· No course cancellations or postponement will be accepted within 14 days before commencement of the course.
Training Hours
All classes will be from 9:00a.m to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday unless due to special circumstances.
Training Materials & Exam
All attendees are to observe the copyright law on intellectual properties for all distributed software and courseware (softcopies & hardcopies).
Bundled exam in training package (if applicable) is valid for three (3) months upon training completion. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shown are excluding exam.
Course cancellation & postponement
East Asia Network Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change course schedules, discontinue courses, modify course contents, limit class size, cancel courses and refuse entrance to a course. In case of cancellation or postponement, confirmed course participant will be notified at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled starting date. If the course is cancelled, we will refund 100% of the fee paid to the course participant.
